If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are your products made?

Please note many of our homeware items are made in the USA and may be subject to custom fees when shipped elsewhere.

Shower curtains, pillows, duvet covers, iPhone cases, laptop covers, and floor rugs are all made in the USA. Prints and canvas products will be shipped from my suppliers in either the UK, USA or Australia depending on the delivery destination.

Shipping

Please refer to each listing for details of where the item will ship from. These details are also available in the shipping info tab for each listing.

Some of our items are manufactured in the USA and can take between 5 - 21 days to arrive in the UK and Europe. The stated production time is the time it takes to create each item before it is ready to ship. Any package that is classed as lost after 21 days will be replaced not refunded.

Items damaged in transit or incorrect item sent

In the rare case that your item is damaged in the post or you receive an incorrect item you must contact the shop owner within 3 business days. A photo of the damage will be required. If the item is classed as damaged or incorrect a replacement will be sent.

What are the dimensions of framed prints?

The sizes listed are for the actual print. The frame is approx 1.25 inches and a 2 inch mat board is included.

When will I receive my print within the USA?

Please note that our print supplier processes orders Monday to Friday. If your order is received on a weekend we will send the artwork to the printer on Monday. Please allow 3 - 5 business days in production and then usually a maximum of 12 business days in transit for standard delivery once it has left our print supplier. International delivery takes longer please refer to shipping information.

Has my order shipped yet?

Please take note of the 'ship by date' that is on the order confirmation. This is the date the item is finished in production and picked up by USPS. An email confirming shipping will be sent once the item is ready to be shipped. Please also note that our manufacturing partner only works during business hours.
